Product Description

The graphite crucible is a bowl-shaped ceramic with a deep bottom, made by incorporating varying percentages of silicon carbide particles into graphite through isostatic compaction technology. Available with silicon carbide contents of 50%, 24%, and other proportions, it represents a new generation of silicon carbide-enhanced graphite crucibles. Constructed from high-grade refractory materials and formulated specifically for various applications, our crucibles include specialized versions for melting copper, aluminum, zinc oxide, zinc, and tin.
The main raw materials of our graphite crucible are graphite and silicon carbide. The raw materials of graphite and silicon carbide are purchased from domestic sources, mainly large-scale flake graphite purchased from Lanzhou, which has good thermal conductivity and stable quality.

Advantages of graphite crucibles:
1. High temperature resistance:Graphite crucibles can withstand extremely high temperatures, up to 3000°C, and are suitable for high-temperature smelting and heat treatment.
2. Good thermal conductivity:Graphite has excellent thermal conductivity, can quickly and evenly transfer heat, improve heating efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
3. Strong thermal shock resistance: Graphite crucibles are not easy to crack under rapid temperature changes, and are suitable for occasions with frequent heating and cooling.
