Phlogolite mica rolls are made by phlogopite paper, glass fiber cloth and silicone resin through special process. The thickness is between 0.2-0.8mm, the length is 25 meters to 100 meters, and the width is 1 meter. Phlogolite mica roll compared with the soft mica board, due to the addition of glass fiber material, it has a stronger tensile capacity; compared to the mica tape because of its increased thickness, the single layer is more resistant to voltage breakdown. Phlogolite mica rolls are mainly used as high temperature insulation materials for furnaces.
Combi mica roll consist of phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a speciial silicone resin on gladd cloth(or Biologic /harmless ceramic )depending on application.The products has great flexibility and high tensile strength an can be used to create inorganic,fire-resistant insulation for furnace.
