Product Description

Corundum mullite saggar is a unique ceramic material composed mainly of two minerals: corundum (aluminum oxide) and mullite (aluminum silicate).  The term "saggar" refers to a protective container designed to hold and support fragile or delicate items during high-temperature treatments.
The introduction of corundum mullite saggars has been significant in improving the efficiency and quality of high-temperature processes, such as firing ceramics in kilns or sintering powdered metals.   The saggars act as protective enclosures that shield the products from direct contact with flames or other reactive atmospheres.

1.High temperature resistance: Corundum mullite saggars can withstand extreme temperatures without melting or deforming, ensuring the stability of the enclosed items during the firing process.
