Product Description

Magnesia hercynite bricks use high-purity magnesia sand and aluminum-iron spinel sand as the main raw materials. After reasonable gradation, high-pressure molding, strict control of firing temperature and firing atmosphere, the product has good flexibility and thermal shock stability , No hexavalent chromium pollution, used in cement kiln firing zone.

Magnesia hercynite bricks have the characteristics of high compressive strength, good thermal shock stability, good thermal creep resistance, resistance to erosion and penetration, and high load softening temperature. At the same time, they are also easier than direct combination of magnesia chrome bricks. The characteristics of the sticky kiln skin can effectively solve the problem of hexavalent chromium generated during the use of magnesia-chrome bricks in cement kilns, thereby causing pollution to the environment.
